The First Attack - Question God's Word
In the Garden of Eden, the serpent questioned God's warning about death. He asked the first woman, "Did God really say....?" The elevation of human reason above God's Word is the essence of every attack on God's Word.

Attempts To Question God's Word
The questioning of God's Word began with the first humans. God warned Adam and Eve that they would die, and they died. Genesis 2:17 tells us "Of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat for in the day you eat of it you shall surely die."
Next
God warned Noah about a global flood of water that would destroy the world, and it came as God said. In Genesis 6:17 we see " Behold I am bringing a flood of water upon the earth to destroy all flesh wherein is breath of life, and everything that is on the earth shall die."
Next
The prophet Isiah promised that a ruler named Cyrus would rise to power in Persia and rebuild Jerusalem, and he did...more than two hundred years later. We find in in Isiah 44: 28 that God says Cyrus he is my shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasure even saying to Jerusalem,Thou shall be rebuilt; even to the temple, Thy foundations shall be laid.
Next
The prophet Daniel foretold the swift rise of Alexander The Great and the division of his empire into four parts, and it happened two hundred fifty years later. Daniel 7:16 tells us " I beheld another beast like a leopard which had on its back four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it."
Next
The Old Testament prophets made over 60 predictions about Messiah's first coming, and all were fulfilled four hundred years later in the person of Jesus of Nazareth. I Mich 5:2 we see that out of Bethlehem Ephratah shall he come forth who is to be ruler in Israel.
Next
And still the world questions God's Word.

NEXT

Now we come to the panel which tells of attempts to Discredit God's Word
Attempts To Discredit God's Word as shown in the panels above and expanded upon as follows:
The Bible claims the universe had a beginning. Philosophers and scientist rejected that claim for over two thousand years. Now astronomers believe the universe had to have had a beginning.
NEXT
The Bible claims that all humans are "one blood". Some nineteenth century biologists argued that different races descended from lower animals. Today, generics has verified that there is only one human race.
NEXT
The Bible claims that God created animals "after their kind". Nineteenth century biologists argued that animals evolved from other, very different animals. Today, biology confirms that creatures reproduce within their own kind.
NEXT
The Bible claims that God destroyed the earth in a world wide flood. Nineteenth century biologists argued that rocks were formed slowly. Today geology confirms that many rock
layers were deposited catastrophically.
NEXT
The Bible implies that most fossils were buried quickly as a result of the worldwide flood. Nineteenth-century paleontologists argued that fossils were buried slowly. Today paleontology confirms that fossils were buried rapidly.
NEXT
The Bible claims that God created a number of languages at the Tower of Babel "according to their families." Nineteenth century linguists argued that languages evolved slowly, one by one. Today linguists recognize languages fall into distinct "families" of recent origin.
Next we come to the panel which tells of attempts to Criticize God's Word
Attempts To Criticize God's Word as shown in the panels above and expanded upon as follows:
Genesis mentions the Hittite people. Historians found no evidence of these people outside the Bible considering this an error. Then archaeologists discovered the enormous Hittite capital, Hattusa, in Turkey.
NEXT

NEXT

NEXT
The book of Daniel describes the fall of the last ruler of Babylon, named Belshazzar, but secular records listed Nabonidus as the last ruler. hen tablets were discovered showing that Nabonidus had made his son, Belshazzar, co-ruler of Babylon.
NEXT
The New Testament describes Pilate as a Roman governor of Judea who condemned Messiah to die on a cross. His leadership role in Judea is not in secular records, but an inscription referring to Pilate was found in 1961 on a first century dedication stone.
Archaeologists have criticized many details of the Bible but new discoveries continue to reveal that literally hundreds of details in the Bible are being confirmed.

I do not know what to add except to ask Christians to fall on our faces before a Holy God and plead for his forgiveness for our neglectful teaching of his Holy Word.
I encourage you when you make your travel plans to come and visit the Creation Museum. It will bless, encourage and at the same time challenge you to stand up for what the Bible teaches.
As I always say remember That God Loves you so much that he sent His Son Jesus to live a sinless life and to die on the cross for each of us so that if we will confess our sins and receive him as our savior we will live with Him in Heaven forever and I also love you.
